Dejon Noel-Williams
Personal Trainer & Athlete
Dejon Noel-Williams is a former professional footballer, senior international athlete, and elite performance coach trusted by high-profile clients in London and beyond. Born into professional sport as the son of former Premier League footballer Gifted Noel-Williams, Dejon built his own career at the highest level — representing his country at senior international level across World Cup Qualifiers, the Nations League, and the Gold Cup, while playing professionally in Europe.
High-performance environments shape discipline, but adversity shapes depth. During lockdown in Spain, isolated from family, navigating a foreign culture, and grieving the loss of his grandmother, Dejon turned to structured training and running as a stabilising force. That period redefined his understanding of fitness — not as aesthetics alone, but as a non-negotiable foundation for mental clarity, resilience, and control.
Since retiring from professional football, Dejon has become one of the most respected personal trainers in London, working privately with executives, creatives, athletes, and public figures who demand discretion, precision, and sustainable results. His coaching is rooted in elite standards, but delivered with emotional intelligence and calm authority.
Following his appearance on Love Island UK, Dejon experienced the pressures of public scrutiny and online abuse firsthand. That experience further solidified his role as a mental health advocate and ambassador for Sort It Mind charity, using fitness as a tool for psychological strength as much as physical performance.
He is the founder of Vibe Tribe Run Club, a curated, community-led running collective built on consistency, connection, and shared momentum.
