Shane Benson

Shane is an Australian photographer, director, and cinematographer based in London, specialising in shooting people.

Working across adventure, fashion, automotive and music, his work is driven by a cinematic approach to storytelling, capturing real moments with a strong sense of energy, atmosphere, and narrative. Whether documenting athletes in motion or building out stylised commercial scenes, his focus is always on creating images that feel immersive and alive.

Shane started shooting through live music – drawing from his previous career as a session drummer. That background continues to shape his instinct for rhythm, timing, and movement, translating naturally into the way he captures action and performance.

He has worked with brands including Triumph Motorcycles, Red Wing Shoes, Breitling, Bentley Motors, Belstaff, and Universal Works, creating work that sits at the intersection of culture, performance, and design.

Working across both stills and motion, he collaborates with brands, talent, and creative teams to produce visually driven work that blends documentary authenticity with commercial storytelling.
